Happy 2012 friends!!! Hope the new year is treating you well :) I've been thinking about what kind of concepts I want to review in my math workstations when we head back next week and I wanted to incorporate several skip counting activities (to help review addition facts/ introduce multiplication facts) that can be reviewed in a small group setting. So, what I'm going to do is print, laminate these, and let the kids use them during my BUILD math workstations (B-buddy games, U-using manipulatives, I-independent practice/independent reading of math related books, L-learning at the Smartboard, and D-doing math with Mrs. Lizak in a small group to review/extend a concept). Hope you can find them helpful! :)

I love these! We have started multiplication in my room this past month. Do you have a blank template so I can have my students make their own mittens also?
