Polygons and Thinking Maps!

Hi everyone!! I'm going to give you a quick little factoid about split teachers: We are SUPER busy all the time. I find myself constantly running between mini-lessons and practice group. I trip over more chairs than ever before. I don't have time to even look where I'm going anymore!

But, in my madness I get the few golden moments in the morning: the kiddos come in, enjoy their breakfast and do morning work! How right was Harry Wong about morning work? I get a few moments to process the state of classroom and they have a chance to fire up the noggin.

Below is a link to some polygon practice my Second Grade Darlings will complete this week.

Before you download, know that I am split teacher! SOOO, some activities are designed with my firsties in mind.

Pack includes 3 Thinking Maps, 2 identify/cut/paste, 1 writing activity & 1 vocab list

Hopefully you can find a use in your classroom! Perhaps in a Sub Tub?

In closing:

CONGRATULATIONS: To our giveaway winner Cheryl!!!
You are remarkable!!
