Hello Everyone! I am sure your life is much like mine: a
to-do list that really is impossible. You know your to-do list is the pits when
it includes: “Write Sub Plans (Friday/Monday).” Heartbreaking update: It’s not
for anything fun or meetings that will end early… More like Benchmark
Testing/PD & Data Walls.
So, I thought I would pop in with a quick share Wednesday
(Is that a thing you may be wondering…WELL it is today!)
Before I had even found one teacher blog and wayyyyyyyyyyy before Pinterest, I relied exclusively
on ProTeacher.com to provide guidance and inspiration. I found these guided
reading plans that I really LOVED.

I keep all my reading group supplies in color coded book
boxes and save their plans in a corresponding folder. So, this was GREAT!
After sometime I found that my progress
monitoring/tracking was a disastrous mess…. So, I modified the template to
include some space to record observations and student goals. I found
keeping everything in one place has been really helpful.

To be honest, some days I’m filling them in super last minute... And that diagram on the right is a double bubble map... NOT a spider!
